For Lawyers:

• Accept or reject user requests.
  
  
• Upload documents, manage clients, and track cases.
  
  
• Purchase subscription plans to access extended features.
  
  
• Receive real-time updates via E-COURT API integrations.
  
  

Vakilcase does not provide legal advice directly. It is a platform to facilitate connections between users and lawyers.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Vakilcase offers both paid subscription plans.
  
  
• Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
  
  
• Vakilcase reserves the right to change pricing and features at any time, with notice to subscribers.
  
  

6. Use of E-COURT API

Lawyers may receive court notifications through integrations with official e-court systems. Vakilcase is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, or failures in these updates as the data is dependent on external government sources.

7. Code of Conduct

Users and lawyers must agree not to:

• Upload or share defamatory, abusive, or misleading content.
